Smudging with Medicines

ImmersiveLink Culture will take you through a smudging ceremony and explain what smudging is and why we smudge. Smudging is the burning of medicinal plants to create smoke. When cedar, sage, tobacco, and sweetgrass are lit, we brush the smoke over our body and in our spaces to bring positive energy to our mind, body, and spirit so that we can see good things, feel-good things, hear good things and talk good things.
